The most important protection applies before any money moves. You read the complete lyrics and hear the first 45 seconds of the finished recording without paying anything. If that does not convince you, you stop there. No account, no invoice, no obligation.
If only one detail is off, the fastest route is usually a second run with different answers: a different mood, a different musical style, a different voice, or one more memory in the free-text field. That costs nothing, because every preview is free, and it takes another five to ten minutes at most.
In our experience a flat song is rarely the technology's fault, it is usually the answers being too general. 'She is a warm person' produces general lines. The nickname only the family uses, the phrase she always says and the holiday that went wrong produce lines that make the room laugh.
If you only notice after buying that something is wrong, a mispronounced name for instance or an arrangement that does not suit the occasion, send us an email. We then produce a new version without charging you again. That is written into our terms, not offered case by case.
We do this not out of goodwill but because it is cheaper than an unhappy customer. A song that cannot be played at the party is no use to anyone. So the rule is simply: get in touch while you still need the song and we will find a solution.
